RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICIES
ORIGINAL ART POLICY:
My goal is to get you the piece of art that you most connect with! If you need additional photos of a painting or would like to inquire if the painting is already framed, please email me via the contact page. I’d be happy to work out any details to make this process easier for you. Art is such a personal purchase, I don’t put it in the same category as other businesses. Sales of original art are final.
If you receive the painting and decide that it really isn’t the right fit for you, we can do an exchange of equal value. You, as the buyer, are responsible for fees associated with shipping and returning the painting in new condition, as it was received.
Cancellations can only be made if the order has not shipped yet.
ART PRINT POLICY:
Return Policy: All Art Print sales are final. As all prints are “made to order,” we aren’t able to offer refunds or returns.
Cancellation Policy: All Art Print sales are final (includes paper and stretched canvas). Art Print orders can only be cancelled if the print has not been printed yet, as all orders are “made to order.” Prints are sometimes printed immediately so there is no guarantee you will be able to cancel your print order. Due to costs associated with every order, regardless if it has been printed, a 5% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your cancelled order will be deducted from your cancelled order.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Policy: Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen prints and/or stretched canvas prints will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: orders@meredithbobb.com to make arrangements.
Sale items: All sales are final. Cancellations, exchanges and refunds are not available.
SHIPPING and PROCESSING POLICIES
Print Order Processing Time: This refers to the time it takes for us to receive your order and print / prepare it for shipping. This typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on how busy it is. Shipping time is in addition to our order processing time.
Prints shipping: All prints include free shipping in the continental U.S.
Original Artwork Domestic Shipping Policy: All “original artwork” will be sent USPS or an equivalent service and insured. I will work with you directly to arrange payment and shipping to your location in the United States.
International Shipping Policy: I will work with you directly to arrange shipping for prints or original artwork outside of the United States. All international shipping includes insurance. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country, which is an additional cost on your order for you to expect. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded. Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. We have to wait for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim and resend potentially lost orders.
Incorrect Shipping Information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. We’re not responsible for orders that are for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned, due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs to the correct address, as well as a 50% re-print charge (based on the value of the print).
COPYRIGHT:
All of the artwork created is protected under copyright law. As the artist, I also retain the right to make reproductions of all artwork I create. The collector or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission.
