This high flow acrylic painting is part of my meditative series. This painting is about the importance of slowing down.  Even though I’m always on the run and taking care of my family, I still need to take time for myself, whether it’s through walks outside or painting in my studio. 

This painting comes custom framed in a modern black frame. It was selected for exhibition at The Acrylic International Biennial Exhibition at the Kenosha Public Museum in Wisconsin.
